Garth Pollock

Garth Pollock is a member of the Continental Board of Counselors for Africa, he is originally from the United States of America but has lived and served Bahá’í communities in many parts of the world. He lived in Bolivia for over 17 years as a pioneer and later pioneered to Albania for 5 years before moving to Zambia where he has been resident since 1997.
Garth Pollock was appointed to the Continental Board of Counselors for Africa in 1998 following the appointment of Firaydoun Javaheri to the International Teaching Centre. In Zambia he has also served in several capacities including Executive Director of the Masetlha Foundation, a development agency of the National Assembly of the Bahá’ís of Zambia, and of Inshindo Foundation, a Bahá’í Inspired Organisation that is overseeing the development of the Programme for Social Action in Zambia.
