This entry says Helen died in 1992, but her book, Lights of Guidance, says:

"Helen Bassett Hornby, the compiler/author of this monumental work, died October 17, 1994".

Which date is correct?

It looks like October 17, 1992 is the correct date. The source is The Baha'i World, 1992-1993, page 274. I'd be hard pressed to believe they reported her death two years before it happened without anybody noticing. I suppose if the Bahai World was 2 years behind in publishing the volumes they could have gotten it wrong. It would be nice to have a 3rd source, but I'll stick with 1992 until I hear otherwise.
