William Sears (March 28, 1911 - March 25, 1992)[1] was a Hand of the Cause of God appointed by Shoghi Effendi in 1957. He was a prominent American Bahá’í teacher and writer. Outside of the Faith he was a popular television and radio personality.
He passed away in Tucson, Arizona of a heart attack in 1992.[2]
